Notes+ is your private notebook on your own server: two-factor sign-in, automatic saving, version history, locked (encrypted) notes, offline drafts and one app for every screen size.

What is new in 2.0:

• One app for computer, tablet and phone (the old mobile.html address now opens it).
• Edit directly on the page you read; every change saves itself and is also kept on your device until the server confirms it.
• Notebooks, tags with filters, pinned and favourite notes, search that ignores Vietnamese accents.
• Version history, trash with 30-day recovery, conflict handling between devices, full backup and import.
• Checklists, Markdown shortcuts, [[links]] between notes, templates (including 8D, A3, PDCA, 5 Whys, Kaizen), sketches, text from photos (OCR).
• Read-only share links with an expiry, and locked notes encrypted in your browser.
• Six themes, each with a light and a dark version; English and Vietnamese.

Notes+ là sổ ghi chú riêng tư trên chính máy chủ của bạn: đăng nhập hai lớp, tự lưu, lịch sử phiên bản, ghi chú khoá (mã hoá), bản nháp ngoại tuyến và một ứng dụng duy nhất cho mọi kích thước màn hình.

Những điểm mới trong bản 2.0:

• Một ứng dụng cho máy tính, máy tính bảng và điện thoại (địa chỉ cũ mobile.html giờ tự mở ứng dụng này).
• Sửa ngay trên trang đang đọc; mọi thay đổi tự được lưu, đồng thời được giữ trên thiết bị cho tới khi máy chủ xác nhận.
• Sổ tay, thẻ có bộ lọc, ghi chú ghim và yêu thích, tìm kiếm không phân biệt dấu tiếng Việt.
• Lịch sử phiên bản, thùng rác khôi phục được trong 30 ngày, xử lý xung đột giữa các thiết bị, sao lưu và nhập dữ liệu.
• Checklist, gõ tắt Markdown, liên kết [[…]] giữa các ghi chú, mẫu ghi chú (có 8D, A3, PDCA, 5 Whys, Kaizen), vẽ phác thảo, chữ từ ảnh (OCR).
• Link chia sẻ chỉ xem có hạn dùng, và ghi chú khoá được mã hoá ngay trong trình duyệt.
• Sáu chủ đề màu, mỗi chủ đề có bản sáng và tối; tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt.

1. Enter your username and password, then press Enter. Password managers can fill the form. Tick “Remember my username” to have it filled next time on this device.
2. Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app (Google Authenticator or any TOTP app). The form submits by itself when the 6th digit is typed, and you can paste the code. You have 10 minutes after the password to enter it.

First time / new authenticator. If the account has no authenticator yet, Notes+ shows a QR code and the key in groups of four characters. Scan it (or type the key), then enter the 6-digit code to finish. For safety, an existing authenticator can never be replaced from the sign-in screen — see Troubleshooting if you lose your phone.

Wrong attempts. Wrong passwords and wrong codes count together:

• 5 failures from the same network address within 15 minutes lock sign-in from that address for 15 minutes;
• 10 failures on the account from any addresses within 15 minutes lock the account for 15 minutes.

The screen shows how many attempts are left and a countdown while locked; even the right password is refused until the countdown ends. A successful sign-in clears the counters. Each 6-digit code works only once.

Staying signed in. You stay signed in while you use Notes+ (also after reloading the page). After 8 hours without activity, or 7 days after signing in, you sign in again. If that happens while you are writing, a sign-in box appears on top of your note: sign in there and your changes are saved — nothing is lost.

Signing out (sidebar, bottom right) removes NotesPlus data from this device (offline copy, cached images, drafts). If some changes have not reached the server yet, you are warned first.

Lần đầu / ứng dụng xác thực mới. Nếu tài khoản chưa có ứng dụng xác thực, Notes+ hiển thị mã QR và khoá (chia nhóm 4 ký tự). Quét mã (hoặc gõ khoá), rồi nhập mã 6 số để hoàn tất. Vì an toàn, ứng dụng xác thực đã có không bao giờ thay được từ màn hình đăng nhập — xem Khắc phục sự cố nếu bạn mất điện thoại.

Nhập sai. Mật khẩu sai và mã sai được tính chung:

• 5 lần sai từ cùng một địa chỉ mạng trong 15 phút: địa chỉ đó bị khoá đăng nhập 15 phút;
• 10 lần sai vào tài khoản từ bất kỳ địa chỉ nào trong 15 phút: tài khoản bị khoá 15 phút.

Màn hình cho biết số lần thử còn lại và đếm ngược khi đang bị khoá; trong lúc khoá, kể cả mật khẩu đúng cũng bị từ chối. Đăng nhập thành công sẽ xoá bộ đếm. Mỗi mã 6 số chỉ dùng được một lần.

Duy trì đăng nhập. Bạn vẫn đăng nhập trong lúc sử dụng (kể cả khi tải lại trang). Sau 8 giờ không hoạt động, hoặc 7 ngày kể từ lúc đăng nhập, bạn sẽ đăng nhập lại. Nếu việc này xảy ra khi đang viết, một hộp đăng nhập hiện ngay trên ghi chú: đăng nhập ở đó là thay đổi được lưu — không mất gì.

Đăng xuất (góc dưới thanh bên) sẽ xoá dữ liệu NotesPlus khỏi thiết bị này (bản lưu ngoại tuyến, ảnh lưu đệm, bản nháp). Nếu còn thay đổi chưa lên máy chủ, bạn sẽ được cảnh báo trước.

On a computer you see three columns: the sidebar (views, notebooks, tags, settings), the note list and the note. On a tablet the sidebar opens with the menu button; on a phone one column is shown at a time — tap a note to open it, tap ← or swipe from the left edge to go back. The browser’s Back button also works: every note has its own address.

• Theme: Settings → Appearance → Theme: Royal (the classic Notes+ blue), Paper, Forest, Graphite, Sakura, Amber. Each has a light and a dark version.
• Light or dark: System (follows your device), Light or Dark. The moon/sun button in the sidebar switches quickly.
• Reading font and size: Sans or Serif for note text; three text sizes.
• Language: English or Tiếng Việt. The choice is shared with your other MyPower tools.

All colour combinations meet the WCAG 2 contrast levels for text (body text at least 7:1, other text at least 4.5:1), focus outlines are always visible when you use the keyboard, and the app follows your “reduce motion” setting.

Trên máy tính có ba cột: thanh bên (các chế độ xem, sổ tay, thẻ, cài đặt), danh sách ghi chú và ghi chú. Trên máy tính bảng, thanh bên mở bằng nút menu; trên điện thoại mỗi lúc hiện một cột — chạm vào ghi chú để mở, chạm ← hoặc vuốt từ mép trái để quay lại. Nút Back của trình duyệt cũng hoạt động: mỗi ghi chú có địa chỉ riêng.

• Chủ đề: Cài đặt → Giao diện → Chủ đề: Hoàng gia (màu xanh quen thuộc của Notes+), Giấy cổ, Rừng xanh, Than chì, Anh đào, Hổ phách. Mỗi chủ đề có bản sáng và tối.
• Sáng hoặc tối: Theo hệ thống, Sáng hoặc Tối. Nút mặt trăng/mặt trời ở thanh bên đổi nhanh.
• Phông và cỡ chữ đọc: Sans hoặc Serif cho nội dung; ba cỡ chữ.
• Ngôn ngữ: English hoặc Tiếng Việt. Lựa chọn dùng chung với các công cụ MyPower khác.

Mọi cặp màu đều đạt chuẩn tương phản WCAG 2 cho chữ (chữ nội dung tối thiểu 7:1, chữ khác tối thiểu 4,5:1), viền focus luôn hiện khi dùng bàn phím, và ứng dụng tôn trọng cài đặt “giảm chuyển động” của thiết bị.

Press N or “New note”. Type the title, press Enter, and write. An existing note opens for reading; press E, click “Edit” or double-click the text to edit it on the same page — what you see while editing is exactly how it reads. Press Esc or “Done” to finish. A new note that stays empty is discarded.

Saving

There is no Save button to remember. Each change is written to this device within about half a second and saved to the server 1.5 seconds after you stop typing (at least every 10 seconds while you keep typing). Ctrl+S saves immediately. The status next to the notebook name tells you where things stand:

Title, tags, notebook

Type tags under the title: a space, comma or Enter finishes a tag (the # is added for you); suggestions show existing tags. Backspace in the empty field removes the last tag. Tags are one word each (e.g. #cong-viec); duplicates in different case are merged. The notebook button above the page moves the note to another notebook.

Toolbar

Headings, bold/italic/underline, text and highlight colours, bulleted/numbered lists, checklists, image upload, sketch, links, links to notes, tables, quotes, code blocks with syntax colouring, dividers, alignment, indentation, text from photo, templates, special characters, emoji, date/time, clear formatting, find & replace. On narrow screens the last tools move into the “⋯” button. Selecting text also shows a small formatting bar.

The text colours are chosen to stay readable on every theme, light and dark (at least 3.5:1).

Checklists

Type [] and a space at the start of a line, or use the checklist button. Click a box to tick it — also while reading, without entering edit mode. Enter adds an unticked item; Enter on an empty item ends the list.

Links between notes

Type [[ and the beginning of a note title: pick a note from the list, or choose “Create note …” to make a new one. The toolbar’s bookmark button does the same through a search box. In read mode the link opens the note; while editing use Ctrl+click. Each note lists the notes that link to it (“Linked from…”). A link to a deleted note is shown struck through.

Contents, word count, reading time, focus mode

Notes with three or more headings get a table of contents beside the page on wide screens. Under the title you see the word count and an estimated reading time at 238 words per minute — the average silent reading speed for non-fiction in English found by Brysbaert (2019, 190 studies). Words are counted as runs of letters and digits, so Vietnamese is counted per syllable: treat the time as an estimate. Focus mode (Ctrl+Shift+F or ⋯ → Focus mode) hides everything except the page; Esc leaves it.

Nhấn N hoặc “Ghi chú mới”. Gõ tiêu đề, nhấn Enter rồi viết. Ghi chú có sẵn mở ở chế độ đọc; nhấn E, bấm “Sửa” hoặc nhấp đúp vào nội dung để sửa ngay trên trang đó — khi sửa trông giống hệt khi đọc. Nhấn Esc hoặc “Xong” để kết thúc. Ghi chú mới mà để trống sẽ tự bị bỏ.

Lưu

Không cần nhớ bấm Lưu. Mỗi thay đổi được ghi vào thiết bị này trong khoảng nửa giây và lưu lên máy chủ 1,5 giây sau khi bạn ngừng gõ (khi gõ liên tục thì ít nhất 10 giây một lần). Ctrl+S lưu ngay. Trạng thái cạnh tên sổ tay cho biết tình hình:

Tiêu đề, thẻ, sổ tay

Gõ thẻ ngay dưới tiêu đề: dấu cách, dấu phẩy hoặc Enter kết thúc một thẻ (dấu # được thêm tự động); gợi ý hiện các thẻ đã có. Backspace ở ô trống xoá thẻ cuối. Mỗi thẻ là một từ (vd #cong-viec); thẻ trùng khác hoa/thường được gộp. Nút sổ tay phía trên trang dùng để chuyển ghi chú sang sổ tay khác.

Thanh công cụ

Tiêu đề, đậm/nghiêng/gạch chân, màu chữ và màu nền chữ, danh sách chấm/số, checklist, tải ảnh, vẽ, link, liên kết ghi chú, bảng, trích dẫn, khối code có tô màu cú pháp, đường kẻ, căn lề, thụt lề, chữ từ ảnh, mẫu, ký tự đặc biệt, emoji, ngày/giờ, xoá định dạng, tìm & thay thế. Màn hình hẹp sẽ đưa các nút cuối vào nút “⋯”. Khi bôi đen chữ sẽ hiện thêm một thanh định dạng nhỏ.

Các màu chữ được chọn để đọc rõ trên mọi chủ đề, sáng lẫn tối (tối thiểu 3,5:1).

Checklist

Gõ [] và dấu cách ở đầu dòng, hoặc dùng nút checklist. Bấm vào ô để đánh dấu — kể cả khi đang đọc, không cần vào chế độ sửa. Enter thêm mục chưa đánh dấu; Enter ở mục trống sẽ kết thúc danh sách.

Liên kết giữa các ghi chú

Gõ [[ và vài chữ đầu của tiêu đề: chọn ghi chú trong danh sách, hoặc chọn “Tạo ghi chú …” để tạo mới. Nút dấu trang trên thanh công cụ làm điều tương tự qua ô tìm kiếm. Ở chế độ đọc, bấm link để mở ghi chú; khi đang sửa thì Ctrl+bấm. Mỗi ghi chú liệt kê các ghi chú đang liên kết tới nó (“Được nhắc tới trong…”). Link tới ghi chú đã xoá hiển thị gạch ngang.

Mục lục, số từ, thời gian đọc, chế độ tập trung

Ghi chú có từ ba tiêu đề trở lên sẽ có mục lục bên cạnh trang (trên màn hình rộng). Dưới tiêu đề là số từ và thời gian đọc ước tính với tốc độ 238 từ/phút — tốc độ đọc thầm trung bình văn bản phi hư cấu tiếng Anh theo Brysbaert (2019, tổng hợp 190 nghiên cứu). Từ được đếm theo cụm chữ cái/chữ số, nên tiếng Việt được đếm theo âm tiết: hãy coi thời gian là ước lượng. Chế độ tập trung (Ctrl+Shift+F hoặc ⋯ → Chế độ tập trung) ẩn mọi thứ trừ trang; Esc để thoát.

Images. Use the image button, paste, or drag a picture into the note. JPEG, PNG, GIF and WebP are accepted, up to 10 MB (or the lower limit of your server). Before uploading, Notes+ shrinks pictures to at most 2000 pixels on the longest side. Photos are re-encoded as JPEG (quality 0.88), which also removes hidden metadata such as GPS location; PNGs with transparency stay PNG; animated GIFs are uploaded unchanged. The server checks the real file type and stores it under a random name. Images are only shown to you while signed in — or, for a shared note, to people holding its link. Click an image while reading to see it larger.

Sketch. The pen button opens a drawing page: pen, highlighter, eraser (removes whole strokes), 8 colours plus any colour, 4 stroke sizes, blank/grid/dot/line paper, landscape/portrait/square, undo/redo (Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Shift+Z). With an Apple Pencil or other pen, pressure changes the line width, and once a pen has touched the page, palm touches are ignored. The drawing is kept inside the picture: double-click it (or select it and use “Edit sketch”) to keep drawing later.

Text from photo (OCR). Choose, paste or drop a photo, or use the camera on a phone; pick Vietnamese + English, Vietnamese or English. Recognition runs in your browser — the photo is not uploaded anywhere. The first time, the browser downloads the engine and language data (about 8.4 MB for Vietnamese + English); later uses start much faster. Correct the text if needed, then “Insert text”. Accuracy depends on the photo: sharp, well-lit, straight text works best.

Ảnh. Dùng nút ảnh, dán, hoặc kéo ảnh vào ghi chú. Nhận JPEG, PNG, GIF và WebP, tối đa 10 MB (hoặc giới hạn thấp hơn của máy chủ). Trước khi tải lên, Notes+ thu nhỏ ảnh để cạnh dài nhất tối đa 2000 điểm ảnh. Ảnh chụp được mã hoá lại dạng JPEG (chất lượng 0,88), nhờ đó xoá luôn siêu dữ liệu ẩn như vị trí GPS; PNG có vùng trong suốt vẫn giữ PNG; GIF động được tải lên nguyên vẹn. Máy chủ kiểm tra loại tệp thật và lưu dưới tên ngẫu nhiên. Ảnh chỉ hiển thị cho bạn khi đã đăng nhập — hoặc, với ghi chú được chia sẻ, cho người có link. Bấm vào ảnh khi đang đọc để xem lớn.

Vẽ phác thảo. Nút cây bút mở trang vẽ: bút, bút dạ quang, tẩy (xoá cả nét), 8 màu cộng màu tuỳ chọn, 4 độ dày nét, nền trơn/ô vuông/chấm/dòng kẻ, khổ ngang/dọc/vuông, hoàn tác/làm lại (Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Shift+Z). Với Apple Pencil hay bút cảm ứng, lực nhấn làm thay đổi độ dày nét; khi bút đã chạm trang, các chạm của lòng bàn tay được bỏ qua. Hình vẽ được lưu ngay trong ảnh: nhấp đúp vào ảnh (hoặc chọn ảnh rồi “Sửa hình vẽ”) để vẽ tiếp về sau.

Chữ từ ảnh (OCR). Chọn, dán hoặc kéo thả ảnh, hoặc dùng máy ảnh trên điện thoại; chọn Tiếng Việt + Tiếng Anh, Tiếng Việt hoặc Tiếng Anh. Việc nhận dạng chạy ngay trong trình duyệt — ảnh không được tải đi đâu. Lần đầu, trình duyệt tải bộ nhận dạng và dữ liệu ngôn ngữ (khoảng 8,4 MB cho Tiếng Việt + Tiếng Anh); những lần sau khởi động nhanh hơn nhiều. Sửa lại chữ nếu cần rồi “Chèn văn bản”. Độ chính xác phụ thuộc vào ảnh: chữ nét, đủ sáng, thẳng hàng cho kết quả tốt nhất.

The template button next to “New note” (or Ctrl+K → “New note from template”) offers: Daily plan, To-do list, Meeting minutes, Weekly review, 8D report (Global 8D: D0 to D8), 5 Whys, PDCA, A3 report and Kaizen. Inside a note, the template button on the toolbar inserts a template at the cursor. Any note can become your own template: ⋯ → “Save as template…”; your templates appear under “My templates”, where they can also be deleted. Templates follow the interface language.

Nút mẫu cạnh “Ghi chú mới” (hoặc Ctrl+K → “Ghi chú mới từ mẫu”) gồm: Kế hoạch ngày, Danh sách việc, Biên bản họp, Tổng kết tuần, Báo cáo 8D (Global 8D: D0 đến D8), 5 Whys, PDCA, Báo cáo A3 và Kaizen. Trong ghi chú, nút mẫu trên thanh công cụ chèn mẫu tại vị trí con trỏ. Mọi ghi chú đều có thể thành mẫu của bạn: ⋯ → “Lưu làm mẫu…”; mẫu của bạn nằm ở mục “Mẫu của tôi”, xoá được tại đó. Mẫu theo ngôn ngữ giao diện.

• Search (/): titles, tags and text. Accents and capital letters are ignored (“ghi chu” finds “Ghi chú”, “d” finds “đ”); every word you type must appear somewhere in the note. Matches are highlighted and a short extract shows where they are. Up to 200 results. Locked notes are found by title and tags only.
• Views: All notes, Pinned, Favourites, Trash, and each notebook.
• Tags: click a tag (sidebar or under a title) to show only notes with it; add more tags from a tag’s ⋯ menu — notes must carry all of them. The ⋯ menu also renames a tag everywhere (renaming to an existing tag merges the two) or removes it from all notes.
• Notebooks: the folder-plus button creates one (name, emoji, colour). Its ⋯ menu edits, reorders or deletes it; deleting a notebook keeps its notes (they move to “No notebook”).
• Sort (↑↓ button): last edited, date created or title A–Z. Date sorts group notes as Today, Yesterday, Previous 7 days, Previous 30 days, then by month. Pinned notes always come first.
• Pin (P) keeps a note at the top; favourite (S) adds it to Favourites. Neither changes the “last edited” time.
• Command palette (Ctrl+K): type part of a command, note title, notebook or tag and press Enter.
• Note address: ⋯ → “Copy link to note” copies an address that opens the note directly (only for you, after signing in).

• Tìm kiếm (/): tiêu đề, thẻ và nội dung. Bỏ qua dấu và chữ hoa (“ghi chu” tìm ra “Ghi chú”, “d” tìm ra “đ”); mọi từ bạn gõ đều phải xuất hiện trong ghi chú. Chỗ khớp được tô sáng và có đoạn trích ngắn. Tối đa 200 kết quả. Ghi chú khoá chỉ tìm được theo tiêu đề và thẻ.
• Chế độ xem: Tất cả ghi chú, Đã ghim, Yêu thích, Thùng rác và từng sổ tay.
• Thẻ: bấm một thẻ (ở thanh bên hoặc dưới tiêu đề) để chỉ xem ghi chú có thẻ đó; thêm thẻ khác từ menu ⋯ của thẻ — ghi chú phải có đủ tất cả. Menu ⋯ cũng đổi tên thẻ ở mọi nơi (đổi sang tên thẻ đã có là gộp hai thẻ) hoặc gỡ thẻ khỏi mọi ghi chú.
• Sổ tay: nút thư mục có dấu cộng để tạo (tên, emoji, màu). Menu ⋯ để sửa, sắp thứ tự hoặc xoá; xoá sổ tay vẫn giữ các ghi chú (chúng chuyển sang “Không có sổ tay”).
• Sắp xếp (nút ↑↓): sửa gần nhất, ngày tạo hoặc tiêu đề A–Z. Khi sắp theo ngày, ghi chú được nhóm: Hôm nay, Hôm qua, 7 ngày qua, 30 ngày qua, rồi theo tháng. Ghi chú ghim luôn đứng đầu.
• Ghim (P) giữ ghi chú trên cùng; yêu thích (S) đưa vào mục Yêu thích. Cả hai không làm thay đổi thời điểm “sửa gần nhất”.
• Bảng lệnh (Ctrl+K): gõ một phần tên lệnh, tiêu đề ghi chú, sổ tay hay thẻ rồi nhấn Enter.
• Địa chỉ ghi chú: ⋯ → “Sao chép link ghi chú” để lấy địa chỉ mở thẳng ghi chú (chỉ bạn mở được, sau khi đăng nhập).

Drafts on this device

Every edit is first stored in this browser and removed only after the server has confirmed that exact version. If the connection drops, the tab closes or the device restarts, the next visit sends the waiting changes automatically (“… synced from this device”). If a note shows “Unsynced changes from this device”, choose Restore or Discard.

Two devices, one note

Each save carries the version it was based on. If another device saved the note in between, nothing is overwritten: a window shows both versions (and their differences) and you choose Keep mine, Use the other version or Keep both (your version becomes a separate note).

Trash

Deleting moves a note to the Trash; the message offers Undo. Notes stay in the Trash for 30 days and are then deleted for good, together with their history and share links. From the Trash you can restore a note, delete it forever, or empty the Trash.

Version history

⋯ → Version history. While you edit, the previous version is kept at most once every 5 minutes; the newest 50 versions of each note are kept. Pick a version to read it, switch on “Show changes” to see what differs from now (word by word), and restore it if needed. Restoring keeps the current text in the history first, so it can be undone.

Backup and export

• Full backup: Settings → Data → “Download full backup”: one .zip with notesplus-backup.json (everything, restorable), images/, markdown/ (one Markdown file per note, one folder per notebook) and a README. Locked notes stay encrypted inside it. Keep backups somewhere safe — they contain your notes.
• One note: ⋯ → Export: Markdown (.md, or .zip when the note has images), a web page (.html with images included) or PDF through the print dialog (choose “Save as PDF”). Printing (Ctrl+P) prints only the note.
• Import: Settings → Data → Import: Markdown/text files (front matter title, tags, created, updated is read; GitHub-style task lists become checklists), HTML files, and NotesPlus backups (.zip or .json). Imported notes are always added — importing the same backup twice creates duplicates.

Bản nháp trên thiết bị

Mọi chỉnh sửa trước hết được lưu trong trình duyệt này và chỉ bị xoá khi máy chủ đã xác nhận đúng phiên bản đó. Nếu mất mạng, đóng tab hay khởi động lại thiết bị, lần mở sau sẽ tự gửi các thay đổi đang chờ (“Đã đồng bộ … từ thiết bị này”). Nếu ghi chú hiện “Có thay đổi chưa đồng bộ từ thiết bị này”, hãy chọn Khôi phục hoặc Bỏ.

Mỗi lần lưu mang theo phiên bản mà nó dựa vào. Nếu thiết bị khác đã lưu ghi chú trong lúc đó, không gì bị ghi đè: một cửa sổ hiện cả hai bản (và điểm khác nhau) để bạn chọn Giữ bản của tôi, Dùng bản kia hoặc Giữ cả hai (bản của bạn thành một ghi chú riêng).

Thùng rác

Xoá sẽ chuyển ghi chú vào Thùng rác; thông báo có nút Hoàn tác. Ghi chú nằm trong Thùng rác 30 ngày rồi bị xoá vĩnh viễn, cùng lịch sử và link chia sẻ của nó. Trong Thùng rác bạn có thể khôi phục, xoá vĩnh viễn từng ghi chú, hoặc dọn sạch.

Lịch sử phiên bản

⋯ → Lịch sử phiên bản. Trong lúc bạn sửa, phiên bản trước được giữ lại tối đa 5 phút một lần; mỗi ghi chú giữ 50 phiên bản gần nhất. Chọn một phiên bản để đọc, bật “Hiện thay đổi” để thấy khác biệt so với hiện tại (theo từng từ), và khôi phục nếu cần. Khi khôi phục, nội dung hiện tại được lưu vào lịch sử trước nên có thể hoàn tác.

Sao lưu và xuất

• Sao lưu đầy đủ: Cài đặt → Dữ liệu → “Tải bản sao lưu đầy đủ”: một tệp .zip gồm notesplus-backup.json (toàn bộ, khôi phục được), images/, markdown/ (mỗi ghi chú một tệp Markdown, mỗi sổ tay một thư mục) và README. Ghi chú khoá vẫn được mã hoá trong đó. Hãy cất bản sao lưu ở nơi an toàn — nó chứa ghi chú của bạn.
• Một ghi chú: ⋯ → Xuất: Markdown (.md, hoặc .zip nếu có ảnh), trang web (.html kèm ảnh) hoặc PDF qua hộp thoại in (chọn “Lưu dưới dạng PDF”). In (Ctrl+P) chỉ in phần ghi chú.
• Nhập: Cài đặt → Dữ liệu → Nhập: tệp Markdown/văn bản (đọc phần đầu title, tags, created, updated; danh sách việc kiểu GitHub thành checklist), tệp HTML, và bản sao lưu NotesPlus (.zip hoặc .json). Ghi chú nhập luôn được thêm mới — nhập cùng một bản sao lưu hai lần sẽ tạo bản trùng.

⋯ → “Share link…” creates a read-only link that expires after 1 hour, 1 day, 7 days or 30 days. Anyone with the link can read the note and its images without signing in; they cannot edit, see other notes or follow links to your other notes. The link always shows the latest version. Copy it (or scan the QR code) when it is created: for security it is shown only once — the server keeps only a fingerprint (SHA-256) of it. The same window lists active links with their expiry and number of views, and “Revoke” stops a link immediately. Links stop working while the note is in the Trash. Locked notes cannot be shared.

⋯ → “Chia sẻ link…” tạo link chỉ xem, hết hạn sau 1 giờ, 1 ngày, 7 ngày hoặc 30 ngày. Cửa sổ này cũng liệt kê các link đang hoạt động kèm hạn và số lượt xem; “Thu hồi” chặn link ngay lập tức. Link ngừng hoạt động khi ghi chú nằm trong Thùng rác. Không thể chia sẻ ghi chú khoá.

⋯ → “Lock note” encrypts the note’s text in your browser before it is saved. The first time, you create a passphrase for locked notes (at least 10 characters; different from your sign-in password — four or more random words work well) and an optional hint.

• How: AES-256-GCM encryption with a random data key; that key is protected by a key derived from your passphrase with PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256 and 600,000 iterations (the OWASP Password Storage recommendation). Changing the passphrase (Settings → Security) re-protects the same key, so all locked notes stay readable.
• Unlocked notes lock again after 10 minutes without activity (5, 10, 30, 60 minutes or never — Settings → Security), when you click “Lock now” and when you sign out.
• What is not encrypted: the title and tags (so you can find the note), and images inside the note.
• Locking deletes the note’s earlier, unencrypted versions and its share links. Later versions are kept encrypted.
• Locked notes need a secure (https://) connection.
• “Remove lock” stores the note unencrypted again.

⋯ → “Khoá ghi chú” mã hoá nội dung ngay trong trình duyệt trước khi lưu. Lần đầu, bạn tạo một mật khẩu cho ghi chú khoá (ít nhất 10 ký tự; khác mật khẩu đăng nhập — bốn từ ngẫu nhiên trở lên là lựa chọn tốt) và gợi ý (không bắt buộc).

Đổi mật khẩu (Cài đặt → Bảo mật) chỉ bảo vệ lại cùng khoá đó, nên mọi ghi chú khoá vẫn đọc được.
• Ghi chú đã mở khoá sẽ tự khoá lại sau 10 phút không hoạt động (5, 10, 30, 60 phút hoặc không bao giờ — Cài đặt → Bảo mật), khi bấm “Khoá ngay” và khi đăng xuất.
• Phần không được mã hoá: tiêu đề và thẻ (để bạn tìm được ghi chú), và ảnh trong ghi chú.
• Khi khoá, các phiên bản cũ chưa mã hoá và link chia sẻ của ghi chú sẽ bị xoá. Các phiên bản sau đó được lưu ở dạng mã hoá.
• Ghi chú khoá cần kết nối bảo mật (https://).
• “Bỏ khoá” lưu ghi chú trở lại dạng không mã hoá.

• iPhone / iPad (Safari): Share button → “Add to Home Screen”. Notes+ then opens full screen with its own icon.
• Android (Chrome): menu ⋮ → “Install app” (or “Add to Home screen”).
• Computer (Chrome, Edge): the install icon in the address bar, or Settings → About → “Install app” when your browser offers it.

Installing requires https://. After the first visit the app’s own files are stored, so it can start without a connection; your notes are available offline only if you switch on Settings → Data → “Keep notes on this device for offline reading”: then the note list and the notes you open are stored in this browser (locked notes stay encrypted). Turn it off on shared computers; turning it off deletes the stored copy. Changes made offline are always kept as drafts and sync later, with or without this setting.

• iPhone / iPad (Safari): nút Chia sẻ → “Thêm vào MH chính”. Notes+ sẽ mở toàn màn hình với biểu tượng riêng.
• Android (Chrome): menu ⋮ → “Cài đặt ứng dụng” (hoặc “Thêm vào màn hình chính”).
• Máy tính (Chrome, Edge): biểu tượng cài đặt trên thanh địa chỉ, hoặc Cài đặt → Giới thiệu → “Cài đặt ứng dụng” khi trình duyệt hỗ trợ.

Cài đặt cần https://. Sau lần mở đầu tiên, các tệp của ứng dụng được lưu lại nên ứng dụng khởi động được khi không có mạng; còn ghi chú chỉ đọc được khi ngoại tuyến nếu bạn bật Cài đặt → Dữ liệu → “Lưu ghi chú trên thiết bị này để đọc khi ngoại tuyến”: khi đó danh sách và các ghi chú bạn mở được lưu trong trình duyệt này (ghi chú khoá vẫn được mã hoá). Hãy tắt trên máy dùng chung; tắt đi sẽ xoá bản lưu. Thay đổi khi ngoại tuyến luôn được giữ thành bản nháp và đồng bộ sau, dù bật hay tắt tuỳ chọn này.

I lost my phone / authenticator (“Lost 2FA”)

In phpMyAdmin, run on the NotesPlus database (replace the username):

UPDATE noteusers SET totp_secret = NULL, totp_last_step = NULL WHERE username = 'your-username';

At the next sign-in, Notes+ shows a new QR code. Remove the old “NotesPlus” entry from your authenticator app.

Sign-in is locked and I cannot wait

I forgot the passphrase for locked notes

It cannot be recovered — by design, nobody (not even the server) can decrypt locked notes without it. Other notes are not affected.

“Database update needed”

Run setup/migration.sql once (see For the administrator), then reload.

The editor does not appear

The editor and some tools are loaded from public CDNs (cdnjs, jsDelivr). Check the connection, and that no extension or network filter blocks those sites; after the first successful load the browser keeps a copy.

Old notes show broken images after the upgrade

Images now come through file.php; old links are converted automatically at the first sign-in after the upgrade. Make sure file.php was uploaded and that the server’s uploads/ folder (your images) was not replaced or deleted.

Changes do not reach my other device

Look at the status next to the notebook name. “Offline” or “Not saved” means the server has not confirmed yet — your text is safe on the device; click “Retry” or wait for the connection. Other devices refresh their list when you switch back to them.

“500 Internal Server Error” after adding the optional security headers

Your host does not allow those directives: remove the block you added to NotesPlus/.htaccess.

Tôi mất điện thoại / ứng dụng xác thực (“Mất 2FA”)

Chạy setup/migration.sql một lần (xem Dành cho quản trị), rồi tải lại trang.

Trình soạn thảo không hiện

Trình soạn thảo và một số công cụ được tải từ CDN công cộng (cdnjs, jsDelivr). Hãy kiểm tra kết nối, và chắc rằng không có tiện ích hay bộ lọc mạng nào chặn các trang đó; sau lần tải thành công đầu tiên, trình duyệt sẽ giữ bản sao.

Ghi chú cũ bị vỡ ảnh sau khi nâng cấp

Ảnh giờ được phục vụ qua file.php; link cũ được chuyển đổi tự động ở lần đăng nhập đầu tiên sau nâng cấp. Hãy chắc rằng đã tải file.php lên và thư mục uploads/ trên máy chủ (chứa ảnh của bạn) không bị thay thế hay xoá.

Thay đổi không sang thiết bị khác

Xem trạng thái cạnh tên sổ tay. “Ngoại tuyến” hoặc “Chưa lưu được” nghĩa là máy chủ chưa xác nhận — nội dung vẫn an toàn trên thiết bị; bấm “Thử lại” hoặc đợi có mạng. Thiết bị khác sẽ làm mới danh sách khi bạn quay lại dùng nó.

“500 Internal Server Error” sau khi thêm header bảo mật tuỳ chọn

Host không cho phép các chỉ thị đó: hãy xoá khối vừa thêm khỏi NotesPlus/.htaccess.

Requirements

PHP 7.4 or newer with mysqli (mysqlnd), MySQL 5.7+/8 or MariaDB 10+, Apache with .htaccess. https:// is required for locked notes and for installing the app.

Upgrading to 2.0 (one time)

1. Back up the database: phpMyAdmin → NotesPlus database → Export → Quick → SQL → Go.
2. Migrate: on the same database, SQL tab → paste the whole of setup/migration.sql → Go. The last result row reads “NotesPlus 2.0 migration finished”. The script can be run again safely; it never deletes data, and the old app keeps working after it.
3. Upload the contents of the local Productivity/NotesPlus folder, replacing index.html, mobile.html and api.php. Do not delete or replace the server’s uploads/ folder — it holds your images; only add uploads/.htaccess.
4. Sign in. The first sign-in assigns old notes to your account, builds the search index and converts old image links (a few seconds for thousands of notes).
5. Check that these addresses answer “403 Forbidden”: …/NotesPlus/uploads/ plus an image file name, …/NotesPlus/inc/db.php, …/NotesPlus/setup/migration.sql.

Files

• index.html (app), share.html (share page), manual.html (this manual), mobile.html (redirect for old bookmarks), api.php, file.php (private images), sw.js + manifest.webmanifest (installable app), css/, js/, assets/.
• inc/ server code, setup/ migration, uploads/ images, sessions/ sign-in sessions, logs/app.log (errors and security events, never note content or passwords; rotated at 1 MB) — all blocked from the web by .htaccess; NotesPlus recreates the protection files of uploads/, sessions/ and logs/ if they are missing.
• Database credentials stay in MyPower Project/config.php (DB_NOTESPLUS_*), unchanged.

Settings

inc/settings.php holds the numbers in Limits (session times, lock thresholds, upload size, trash days, history, share expiries). Change a value there and upload the file.

Optional security headers

NotesPlus/.htaccess uses only directive types that already work in your site’s .htaccess, so it cannot break the site. If your host allows “FileInfo” overrides, extra headers (clickjacking protection, nosniff, referrer and permissions policies) can be added from setup/htaccess-security-headers.txt; that file explains how to test and undo it. Without them Notes+ is still protected: Content-Security-Policy, frame protection and Subresource Integrity are built into the pages, and api.php/file.php send their own security headers.

Separate sessions

Notes+ uses its own session cookie (NPSESS, HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict, Secure on https) and session folder, so being signed in to another MyPower app on the same site (for example MyList, which uses $_SESSION['logged_in']) no longer opens Notes+.

Automated tests

The test suite (API, browser on Chromium and WebKit, theme contrast) is in Supporting Design (No need to upload to server)/NotesPlus-tests; its README explains how to run it on a Mac.

Yêu cầu

Nâng cấp lên 2.0 (một lần)

1. Sao lưu cơ sở dữ liệu: phpMyAdmin → CSDL NotesPlus → Export → Quick → SQL → Go.
2. Chạy migration: trên cùng CSDL, thẻ SQL → dán toàn bộ setup/migration.sql → Go. Dòng kết quả cuối ghi “NotesPlus 2.0 migration finished”. Có thể chạy lại an toàn; script không bao giờ xoá dữ liệu, và ứng dụng cũ vẫn chạy sau khi chạy script.
3. Tải lên nội dung thư mục Productivity/NotesPlus trên máy, thay thế index.html, mobile.html và api.php. Không xoá hay thay thư mục uploads/ trên máy chủ — nó chứa ảnh của bạn; chỉ thêm uploads/.htaccess.
4. Đăng nhập. Lần đăng nhập đầu tiên gán ghi chú cũ vào tài khoản, tạo chỉ mục tìm kiếm và chuyển đổi link ảnh cũ (vài giây cho hàng nghìn ghi chú).
5. Kiểm tra các địa chỉ sau trả về “403 Forbidden”: …/NotesPlus/uploads/ kèm tên một tệp ảnh, …/NotesPlus/inc/db.php, …/NotesPlus/setup/migration.sql.

Tệp

• index.html (ứng dụng), share.html (trang chia sẻ), manual.html (hướng dẫn này), mobile.html (chuyển hướng cho bookmark cũ), api.php, file.php (ảnh riêng tư), sw.js + manifest.webmanifest (cài ứng dụng), css/, js/, assets/.
• inc/ mã máy chủ, setup/ migration, uploads/ ảnh, sessions/ phiên đăng nhập, logs/app.log (lỗi và sự kiện bảo mật, không bao giờ ghi nội dung ghi chú hay mật khẩu; xoay vòng ở 1 MB) — tất cả bị chặn truy cập từ web bằng .htaccess; NotesPlus tự tạo lại tệp bảo vệ của uploads/, sessions/ và logs/ nếu bị thiếu.
• Thông tin CSDL vẫn nằm trong MyPower Project/config.php (DB_NOTESPLUS_*), không đổi.

Thông số

inc/settings.php chứa các số trong mục Giới hạn (thời gian phiên, ngưỡng khoá, dung lượng ảnh, số ngày thùng rác, lịch sử, hạn link chia sẻ). Sửa giá trị ở đó rồi tải tệp lên.

Header bảo mật tuỳ chọn

NotesPlus/.htaccess chỉ dùng các loại chỉ thị đã chạy được trong .htaccess của trang bạn, nên không thể làm hỏng trang. Nếu host cho phép ghi đè “FileInfo”, có thể thêm các header bổ sung (chống nhúng trang, nosniff, chính sách referrer và quyền) từ setup/htaccess-security-headers.txt; tệp đó hướng dẫn cách thử và gỡ bỏ. Không có chúng, Notes+ vẫn được bảo vệ: Content-Security-Policy, chống nhúng trang và Subresource Integrity được tích hợp sẵn trong các trang, còn api.php/file.php tự gửi header bảo mật.

Phiên đăng nhập riêng

Notes+ dùng cookie phiên riêng (NPSESS, HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict, Secure khi dùng https) và thư mục phiên riêng, nên việc đang đăng nhập một ứng dụng MyPower khác trên cùng trang (ví dụ MyList, vốn dùng $_SESSION['logged_in']) không còn mở được Notes+.

Kiểm thử tự động

Bộ kiểm thử (API, trình duyệt Chromium và WebKit, độ tương phản chủ đề) nằm trong Supporting Design (No need to upload to server)/NotesPlus-tests; tệp README trong đó hướng dẫn cách chạy trên Mac.

Your notes and images are stored only on your server. Notes+ loads program code and fonts from public services; they receive ordinary web requests (such as your IP address), never your notes:

• cdnjs (Cloudflare): TinyMCE, DOMPurify, Prism, JSZip, marked, Turndown, QRCode.js.
• jsDelivr: the TinyMCE Vietnamese language pack, the Turndown table plugin, Tesseract.js and its language data (only when you use text-from-photo).
• Google Fonts: Noto Sans, Noto Serif, Noto Sans Mono.

Scripts that Notes+ loads directly are checked with Subresource Integrity (the browser refuses a file that was altered). Pictures inserted by web address are loaded from their own site without telling it which page they appear on.
