Review
Your daily streak, overall progress, and the words most at risk of slipping away.
What do these tags mean?
Every word is scored with SM-2, the same spaced-repetition algorithm used by Anki. Each time you answer in Practice, a word's ease factor (how easy it is for you) and interval (days until it resurfaces) are recalculated — right answers push the next review further away, wrong answers reset it to tomorrow and lower the ease factor.
- New — you haven't practiced this word yet (0 successful reviews).
- Overdue / Due now — its scheduled review date has already passed; SM-2 wants you to see it again now.
- Weak retention — practiced before, but its ease factor has dropped below 2.0 (you've gotten it wrong more than once) even though it isn't due yet — a good early candidate to revisit.
- Due in Nd — on track; SM-2 will resurface it automatically in N day(s).
