This tool utilizes OpenCV to automatically detect and count bacterial colonies in images. It analyzes contours based on area, circularity, and other parameters. You can adjust settings for better accuracy, edit detections manually, and add or remove colonies as needed.

Instructions
Adjust parameters (Minimum Area, Maximum Area, Min Roundness, Circle Color, Circle Radius) to fine-tune colony detection.
To delete a colony: Left click on the detected colony (green circle).
To add a colony: Turn on Edit Mode, adjust circle size with the Circle Radius slider, move the red circle to the desired position, and left click to place.
